ATLOM keeps personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.

Deletion requests
When you delete your account from the app or by emailing us, personal data is purged from production systems within 30 days. Backups containing the data are overwritten according to the rolling backup schedule above. Payment records required for tax compliance are retained in a restricted archive for the statutory period and are not used for any other purpose.
